1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered kha88 player account created by an individual user on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based credits granted by kha88 to a Player's Account, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, lottery draw, or other interactive product made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by kha88 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraud.
• "Platform" means the kha88 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at kha88.io.
• "Service" means all products, features, tools, content, and customer support services provided by kha88 through the Platform.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the primary transactional currency on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the kha88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kha88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, automated system, or proxy account).
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded or banned from the kha88 Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You must be the lawful owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds to your Account.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the kha88 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your kha88 Account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your Account, regardless of whether such actions were carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your Account.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times. Do not share your password with any other person.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) verification on your Account for enhanced security.
• Notify kha88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure that the personal information in your Account profile remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes to your name, address, email, or phone number.
• Do not allow any other individual to use your Account, including family members.

kha88 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any player found to be operating more than one Account may have all associated Accounts suspended and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the kha88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kha88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to issuer approval)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set at the account level and may vary depending on your Account tier, verification status, and the payment method used. kha88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. kha88 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a copy of your national ID card, passport, or payment method verification — before releasing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied consistently across all accounts.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game activity on the kha88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual products (cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery):

• A bet is considered accepted only once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• All bets are final once confirmed. kha88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in specific circumstances explicitly provided for in product-specific rules (such as match abandonment).
• kha88 publishes odds and game return-to-player (RTP) figures in good faith. Odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error that results in clearly incorrect odds or payouts, kha88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Account Balance within 30 minutes of the relevant event result being officially confirmed.
• All casino games on the kha88 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently audited by the respective game providers. kha88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Lottery draw results are final once published. kha88 Lottery prizes are credited to the winning Account within 24 hours of the draw.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kha88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the absence of a specific bonus term, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) count toward meeting the minimum deposit threshold for bonus activation.
• Bonus offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• kha88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus winnings if we determine that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kha88 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to exploit the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players in respect of bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — rather than reporting them to kha88 support — for personal financial gain.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses, using patterns of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.
• Using funds of unlawful origin to deposit or wager on the Platform (money laundering).
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Impersonating another person or kha88 staff member.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kha88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, game assets, interface design, software, and the kha88 brand identity, is the property of kha88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use the kha88 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kha88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to Platform outages, technical failures, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on your own judgment and assessment of odds, information, or game outcomes.
• Any interruption or cessation of Platform services for maintenance, security updates, or any other reason.

kha88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

kha88 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults, and we take our responsibility to prevent problem gambling seriously.

kha88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Controls: Receive reminders when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position at set intervals.

11 Suspension & Termination

kha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour on the Platform.
• The Player's Account poses a risk of financial crime, money laundering, or funding of unlawful activities.
• The Player's identity, age, or payment method ownership cannot be satisfactorily verified following a KYC request.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Player or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of the Account.

You may also close your kha88 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12 Amendments to Terms

kha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kha88 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

kha88 makes no representation that the services offered through the Platform are legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting or gaming is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and initiative.
